Located between all of those buildings, lies the city's very own highschool. The school is a bit large, holding about every single teen in Gothvaen. The school colors, silver and green, adorn the insides. Though the kids aren't too thrilled with the spirit of this educational prison, lots of activities are held here. It's quite an enthusiastic place. They feature lots of clubs and classes to take part in.

Toys, toys, toys! Who doesn't love to play with them? No child would know common knowledge without them. Here, at Aiton Toys, tons of toy possibilities open up. The wide variety of strange and exotic ideas come to you in this store. And this store is special, mind you. Only one in the world. All the toys are shipped to other toy shops, not their own individual one!

This cafe features scrumpcious pastries, hot coffee, and internet connection! A very popular place. Ideal for hanging out with friends, meeting new people, or just lounging around doing nothing.

So it happens that you're thinking of going out with your friends, yeah? It's hard to find a unique or original place to go to, isn't it? So you're looking through a phone directory - or just wandering down the street - and you see a relatively small, but somewhat striking place nestled between some shops. The plaque above the doorway reads "Ame-Yume", and below that "Sushi Bar". Interesting, ne? With its calm, sophisticated interior and gentle intrusmental background music, it's a fabulous place to go to if you need a new scene.

Sotto Voce - a small but comfy club that sits on the corner of a street, always has its doors open. A single bouncer stands around at the entrance, but there are few reasons for why you wouldn't get in. The interior is jazzy but elegant, with dim lighting and a romantic atmosphere. Here at Sotto Voce, undiscovered talent is put on the stage and set to sing, with its regulars, one night performers and guest appearances. Be warned though, the music here is strictly with piano or guitar accompaniment. It's not called Sotto Voce for nothing.

This orphanage gives the illusion that it's well kept and kind to it's residents. Of course, this is just an illusion. Inside, it's not too neat and the children aren't quite clean themselves. To the kids, it's better than nothing. Once you see the poor creatures, your heart will just melt! So sad and lonely. Skinny, too.

Care for a nice, relaxing time, some classical music, to settle down with a nice soda or moca latte? Well, then I suggest you find somewhere else. If you want to have some fun with obnoxious music ruining your hearing, along with a bunch of drunken lunatics, then come on in. This bar and club is the main hangout for the druggies, the drunkies, the pervs, the whores, basiclly the skanks of Gothvaen... Don't expect to walk through these doors and not get totally drunk and/or laid.

This place takes a different toll on the night life in Gothvaen. Here, it's all jazz. So if you're not into that loud, booming music you hear all of the time around here, this is the place to hang out at. Dancing, drinks, oh fun!

Like music? This little music store has every genre, from screamo to country. It's always playing the popular radio stations. Along with CDs, it also sells mp3 players and accessories. It doesn't have the most impressive appearance, with the neon lights flickering badly and the inside lights are pretty dim. But it's one of the most popular places around, because everyone loves their music.

Down a street, past a few eerie looking buildings, is a small little book store. Inside you'll find lots of reading possibilities! From fantasy to how-to, Arikku will find you whatever your heart desires. There's even a small section where you can hang around and read.

A while ago, some company bought this piece of land. They strarted to work on building whatever it was that was to be there, but eventually they ran out of money. Now, teenagers like to hang around the site. Vandalism takes place here a lot. And bikers/skaters like to challenge each other on the barely built equipment. Watch out, don't get caught trespassing!

Not too far from Gothvaen is an area littered with headstones. This is the place where most people from Gothvaen are put when they pass away. It's calm and very quiet. It seems nice and peacefu during the day, but during night it's strangely eerie. But don't worry, all the other people here are six feet under.

This mysterious factory is a wonder to all who inhabit Gothvaen. This windowless building is where the Aiton twins do their work in creating toys. No one really knows what goes on in there, for they don't let anyone in. Sure, a lot of the rebellious kids out there try and sneak in, but they get lost...then ushered out by a little short guy who they call Cube. There are some very strange rumors floating around about mice, undeground work, and laundry shoots...
